This page is devoted to our ambitious plan to modify a car to go on nothing more than just water. For today, we know for sure that it is possible to drive a car only on hydrogen or HHO gas, but is possible to efficiently produce the required amount of the gas while driving? The million dollar question baby!

The HHO MUST be produced on demand and to be consumed within seconds, this is to keep relatively small amount of HHO gas in system at any given time. HHO is highly potent and to prepare the gas in advance is not an option. The HHO gas is created and consumed in a difference of single seconds, no risk addition over the regular car hazard.

Oil is a great energy source but it is impossible for the world to put all the eggs in one basket. The time has come to make a step in the right direction and to find a worthy eco-friendly alternative.

 

 

 

 

So, What we have achieved by now:

Hydrogen gas saver

Although it isn’t a “full hydrogen on demand” device, this is a big step in the right direction. we planed and constructed a device, called by the people “hydrogen gas saver” which in fact is a kickass HHO generator. The purpose is to increase the effectiveness of the whole  Engine operation process. This can be done by feeding relatively small amounts of HHO into the engine and converting more energy into motion instead of heat. Modification to the engine itself isn’t required but there is need to reduce the fuel/air ration (to feed less fuel with every engine cycle). Using EFIE it is easily possible to adjust fuel/air and to find the effectiveness point of the system in HHO enhanced mode :)

HHO EFIE – What for? and how to use it wisely?

In hydrogen gas saver project we worked with a bought double EFIE and it was almost too easy, for electronic hobbyists plans for self constructed EFIE also available.  Link: HHO EFIE

EFIE must be used together with HHO in injection cars to adjust the proper AIR/FUEL ratio. Without EFIE no mileage/power gain will be made when using HHO. more details on HHO EFIE page.

 

 

Full Hydrogen on demand cell

After long planning, we designed a much more powerful cell to meet the full hydrogen on demand requirements: effectiveness, thermal  durability and massive HHO production capability. The idea is to lose as little energy to heat as possible and at the same time produce plenty of HHO without melting the plastic water tank.

For now the planning and the construction of one cell is over and we work to test the cell for durability and effectiveness. Results will be posted soon.

About the cell: 18 couples of Stainless steel tubes hold in place by accurate drilled PVC. Full model of this cell will be posted together with results. Check up full details in Mechanical part post.

 

 

 

Work in progress

1) Control unit / Control box – a programmed micro-controller inside good-looking box to create the ability to adjust the current / voltage / PWM / anything needed by program without changing anything physical. Will give a new level of flexibility to experiments. project completed. check up how it came out: HHO control unit post.

 

2) LCD monitor for output – will help to receive important work-data from cell/car and find effectiveness and harmony.  LCD screen ready – take a look: LCD screen for HHO system

 

3) To calculate how much HHO required to drive a car.

 

4) To improve fuel consumption behind 50 MPG using HHO boosted fuel engine (AKA increase efficiency of Hydrogen gas saver system)

 

5) To drive a car on water by any means necessary and to have FUN, So stay tuned.
